4.2 Shared Content When you share recipe lists or other content:
  • You remain responsible for the shared content
  • Copyrighted content of third parties may not be shared without permission
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
5. User-Generated Content 5.1 Ownership
  • You retain the rights to your own content (recipe list names, comments, etc.)
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content within the service
5.2 Feedback and Suggestions Feedback you provide (e.g., feature suggestions) may be freely used by us without creating any obligations. 6. API Usage 6.1 Fair Use
  • The API is intended for personal and non-commercial projects
  • Adhere to the rate limits (currently 60 requests per minute)
  • Do not abuse the API through excessive or automated mass requests
6.2 Commercial Use For commercial use of the API, please contact us in advance. 6.3 API Tokens
  • Keep your API tokens secret
  • Do not share tokens publicly
  • We may revoke tokens in case of abuse
7. Intellectual Property 7.1 HelloFresh Data
  • Recipe data, images, and trademarks belong to HelloFresh
  • We only provide this data and do not claim ownership
  • Use may be subject to HelloFresh's terms
7.2 Our Content
  • Design, code, and original content of our platform are copyrighted

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability

  • Recipe data comes from HelloFresh and may be inaccurate or outdated
